AED Awareness Session

Our new automated external defibrillator is an important part of the chain of survival if someone suffers a sudden cardiac arrest, helping increase the chances of a positive outcome. Knowing how to use it quickly and safely, as well as being more confident in giving CPR, can bring those chances even higher.

This is a short session to improve familiarity with the equipment and the process of giving CPR. All who wish to improve their knowledge are welcome to attend, but we particularly recommend this session to regular users of the Community Centre.
