A huge thank you to everybody who donated to Christian Aid Week, either through the envelopes or online. Together the community at St Mary’s have raised £1,900 for this incredibly worthy cause.

Said Eucharist for Corpus Christi

The Day of Thanksgiving for the Institution of Holy Communion, also known as Corpus Christi, is an opportunity to give thanks for and celebrate the Sacrament of the Eucharist.

We celebrate with a special service of Holy Communion. Baptised Christians of any church are welcome to receive communion.

Christian Aid Week

Christian Aid Week is over for 2022, but there is still time to donate towards St Mary’s target. Last year we raised £1,340 so this year we have set a goal of £1,500. Please give generously to this worthy cause.

Giving envelopes are available at the back of the church which you can return next week. You can also donate online through St Mary’s own Christian Aid e-Envelope at wkrk.uk/ca.
