The Meeting Place: Advent Refresher

In the church from 7.30 pm until 9.00 pm on Wednesday. An opportunity to take some time out from the busyness of Christmas and spend time contemplating what we are preparing for. All Welcome.

East Leeds Food Bank

East Leeds Food Bank is currently short of tinned vegetables such as peas, carrots and potatoes, and packet mixes such as instant mash or pasta sauce. Also welcome are donations of chocolate biscuits and selection boxes or similar as Christmas treats for children. Thank you.

Compline by Candlelight

Sung compline this Tuesday at 8.30 pm in the church, and the first Tuesday of every month.

All are welcome to this service of calm and contemplation.

Mothers’ Union

The Mothers’ Union advent service will be on Wednesday at 2.00 pm, followed by a cuppa and a mince pie.

Christmas Fair

This Saturday from 10.30 am until 3.30 pm.

Donations of cakes, tray bakes etc for the café would be welcome on the day – and of course, we’d love to see you there as well!

The Church Activity Days Team invite you to a Christmas Crafts and Coffee Morning in the Community Centre on Saturday from 10.00 am until 12.00 pm. Proceeds to the Children’s Air Ambulance.

At 6.00 pm tonight, replacing Choral Evensong. During the service, the Choir will sing The Mass of the Quiet Hour, a setting of the communion service composed by George Oldroyd (1887-1956).
