If you cannot make any of the dates suggested please try and swap with someone else on the rota, and let the person responsible for your rota know so that this can be updated.

If you are reading or leading the prayers, please can you discreetly make your way to the lectern or be close to it, before you are needed so that there are no unnecessary pauses in the liturgy.
